No, It's just a simple word list, No morphology or anything needed and it works!

Yes, it will works, but with too few word list.

And even if you expand the word list the search will be slow.

If you have a Lexicon + morphology you will decrease the number of words

you will store the word simple format (El Masdar)in your lexicon and the morphology will generate more than one formulation.

Lexicon will contain لعب

and the morphology will generate
*يلعب
*يلعبان
*يلعبون
*يلعبن
*لعب
*ملعب
*الخ
*الخ
*الخ

مش هاتنفع علشان بعض الكلمات هاتقدر تشتقها بالقواعد بس غير موجوده فى المعجم و بالتالى هى كلمات خطا

انا حاولت اعمل كل ده و الله و فشلت :-|

بالنسبه لموضوع البطء بصراحه انا مش عارف بس تصورى ان برامج التدقيق الاملائى دى اتكتبت و تم عمل تحسينات عليها و بما ان ماحدش من بتوع اللغات التانيه اشتكى يبقى اكيد هى كويسه فعلا

تانى يا احمد نكتب مدقق خاص بينا و نلف على كل البرامج ندخل لها الدعم له ؟ يبقى مش هانخلص و بنخلق لنفسنا مشكله جديده!

على كل حال، قمت باضافة الدعم في ارابيان لينوكس وعملت حزم ديبيان لكل من aspell و myspell-ar

Thank you for great job ...
I managed to make this work ,,, but when the spell checker is invoked I see square instead of arabic fonts??( it does work if I chose squares the word changes) I am using Ubuntu 5.10 , English locale, OpenOffice version the default that came with installation.
I tired changing My locale to Arabic Same problem even worst all the arabic word becom reversed !!
Please HElp ,, In Windows it works Like Charm
