Better exchange them soon.. the dollar is continuously falling. It's not '3umla sa3ba' in Finland last I checked. Get rid of them ASAP ;)

save them to Euro and when you come back to Egypt calculate the value of dollar-pound and euro-pound and see which is higher. This will make more money :P
