I hate my job.

You are here

Yes I do.

This wasn't what I've aimed for when I left the Dubai offer. And for the 1st time in my life I regret something.

I'm not fulfilling my todo list since we moved to the smart village office although I'm the one who is defining it.

I'm really unable to work, I'm not comfortable. Transportation is shit. food is shit. coffe is shit. smoking is shit. The environment seems fine but it's really shit.

I'm sure I've lost my creativity, My motivations and my ability to think for solutions by being in such a place.

Do you want to see my attendance sheet this month ?

And after this I'm supposed to work at home and get silly questions during the week end ?

NO, This is not fair!

I use my mind all day and if you break it, You break my abilities.
Thanks IT Synergy for breaking an integral part of me.

I'm not sure you would regret turning down the dubai offer. Trust me, I made that offer happen for you and I am glad you turned it down. I would rather have shit on everything but an incompetent boss who cannot claim responsibility for his own incompetence is...

ugh.. not where you want to be.

I agree with Nerro. There are only three choices, ordered by possibility:

- A break
- Raise a flag to management
- Quit

and never regret Dubai's offer, you wouldn't have had less work load abadan.

Thanks all for supporting me.

I guess I can't really take a break or I'll stay at home and I hate it.

Anyway, I've told them that I want to leave. The chairman really was fighting to keep me but I was insisting.
I told him only 1 reason which is the transportation problem "from Maadi to smart village".

After like 40 minutes of talking we reached a point.
I'll be sending him an email with all the problems but I told him I can't stay beyond the end of next month.
I guess this'll be discussed again tomorrow and let's see.
/me is turning into an evil creature :-)

evil creature?
Is asking for someone's right is considered evil?
No of course.
You did the right thing.

Well, You are right.
The office Manager phoned me yesterday telling me that she's arranging for the transportation. I told her thet my father'll drive me today. She insisted and I insisted.
Because It's not only transportation, It's working hours also.

Anyway, Let's see what'll happen. But even if this is solved I think that I should still search for another place.

Tayeb, ma if they are compromising ya3ni, you should do the same, I am not saying that u forget about the idea of good working conditions, bas, what am saying is; let them know what is bothering you, and apparently they would try to work it out...the idea of staying home is not that good bardo, at least don't quit unless you find another one...

Until now nothing changed.

Anyway I'll wait a couple of days and if nothing happens then the end of July is the end of work for me.

Guess I'll be searching for a new job soon.
